Big Abseils
200 metres of cliff (and you don't even start to the top !) in a grandiose setting with the emerald river as reference point studded with multi-coloured boats like toys...
Even if, under certain conditions, children can be taken, this is not childs play.Far from it. After 15 minutes walk gradually climbing above the lake, you enter the gorge on the side of the cliff. Don't worry about the breeze : it's the canyon breathing. A fixed rope protects you to the end. The vista opens up before you waterfalls, rodes, peaks, sky, river... Then you descend, change rope (Damn, my feet aren't touching the rock !) and descend again. A break on a suspended terrace (one of the famous suspended garden well known by climbers) and you're off again for two more overhanging pitches. And then are your friends, come to get us in pedalos.

Minimum age : 13 years. Height : 200 metres Difficulty : No technical climbing difficults. Approx. timing : 2 to 4 hours depending on the group... Lever required : You can descend with safety back up on abseil. Beginners will need a preparatory session to fully appreciate this trip. |
