Intermediate sessions

overhang climbing  This is where you discover higher and steeper cliffs, more physical and advanced technical moves, and a sensible approach of reasonnable taking risk.

One more step towards self-sufficiency !

Climbing : In this session you may find your limits top-roping on more difficult routes. But if you want to go further you'll learn the basics of leading, the purest form of climbing. Amongst the subjects covered are : how best to use the equipment for your protection, how best to assure, how to descend safely without abandonning equipment and how to proceed if you are forced to retreat. You can go ever further and look at the problems of multipitch routes...

Minimum age : 8 yrs in private sessions, 10 yrs in group sessions.
Height : between 20 et 40 metres
Grading : from 4+
Indicative lenght: 3 hours.
Competence required : You can climb and assure top-roping and have mastered the descending position.

Abseiling :
You will learn how to set up ropes on vertical and overhanging cliffs, how to do several descent back to back and how to cope with all manner of incidents : how to get out of (almost) any situation.
